テレコムセンタービルは１９９６年１月に 竣工したフランスの凱旋門のような形が特徴 の建物です。全面ガラス張りの耐震性能に優れた無停電ビルで、通信情報網の拠点としても機能しています。
テレコムセンター展望台はその 21 階（高さ ９９ｍ地点）に位置する回遊式展望台です

” The Telecom Center Building ‘”
The Telecom Center Building is a building shaped like the French Arc de Triomphe and was completed in January 1996. It is an earthquakeproof building covered in full glass, and it also functions as a base of communication information network.
Within the building, is the Telecom Center Observatory, which is a revolving observation deck located on the 21st floor (99m high).
