テレコムセンター展望台は海抜９９ｍ地点にある回遊式展望台で、 東京を代表するランドマークの数々や臨海副都心の景色を２７０度の 視界でご覧いただくことができます。
北の方角に目を遣ると、昭和時代、平成時代のシンボル的存在である 「東京タワー」と「レインボーブリッジ」の共演する光景が展開します。 「パレットタウンの大観覧車」がカラフルに東京湾岸を彩るさまや、 その先に顔をのぞかせる「東京スカイツリー」の姿も近未来的な美しさ を秘めています。
東の方角には「恐竜の橋」とも称される「東京ゲートブリッジ」が架 かり、テレコムセンタービルの南側には東京港の物流拠点である「青海 コンテナ埠頭」が広がります。羽田国際空港に向かう飛行機が上空を横 切っていくさまや、船が行き交う海景も、心なごませてくれることでし ょう。
夕暮れ時、林立する東京都品川区のビル群の向こうに夕陽が沈むと、
富士山の山容が淡く浮かびあがります。辺りが夕闇に包まれると臨海 副都心のまち明かりは一層、輝きを増していきます。テレコムセンター 展望台は「日本夜景遺産」に認定されている夜景名所です。まるで天空 から星屑が降り積もったように無数のあかりがまたたくさまは、いつ まで眺めていても見飽きない美しさです。

Telecom Center Observatory is a stroll observatory 99 meters above sea level, where you can observe the Tokyo Waterfront and the numerous landmarks representing Tokyo, in a 270 degree view.
In the north direction is the view of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge, the symbols of Showa and Heisei period Japan. Along with Tokyo Skytree in the background, the giant ferris wheel of Pallet Town also colors the view, creating a futuristic beauty.
In the east is Tokyo Gate Bridge, also known as the Dinosaur Bridge, and in the south of the Telecom Center Building is Aomi Container Pier, the trade center of Tokyo Bay. Airplanes crossing the sky, heading to Haneda International Airport, and boats coming and going through Tokyo Bay, will also calm your heart.
Before sunset, when the sun sinks into the buildings of Shinagawa, a faint shadow of Mt. Fuji appears, and after dark, the bay area shines much brighter. The Telecom Center Observatory is a night-view spot that is acknowledged as one of the Japanese Night-view Heritage. The shimmering lights look as if stars fell from the sky, and it is definitely a view you’ll never get tired of.
